• We are looking for motivated applicants that would like to pursue a career as a Superintendent in the building construction field.
Job Description:
As an apprentice foreman at Chasco, Inc. your role will be to gain hands on construction experience through on the job training from our established Construction Superintendents. Some examples of work you can expect to perform include:
•Commercial/Residential building renovations
•Interior/Exterior security partitions and gates
•Security entry systems and gate automation
•Installation of miscellaneous site furnishings (fences, awnings, rooftop screening, etc.)
Starting Pay and Benefits:
• $20/hour with unlimited opportunity for time and a half overtime pay beyond 40 hours ($30/hour time and a half rate)
• Health Insurance (employer premium coverage available with promotion to Construction Foreman)

• Safety and Training Certifications (OSHA 10HR/30HR, safety equipment certifications, equipment operation certifications, etc.)
Required Skills and Education:
• GED
• Medically fit to perform physical duties of the job
• Preferred: valid driver’s license
• All other training and skills will be provided to you and developed as part of your daily job responsibilities
